Last updated: 22 de agosto de 2025

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EUDR Data Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (individual or legal entity) and EUDR Data Hub.

    2. Service Description

EUDR Data Hub is a SaaS platform for EUDR Regulation compliance, offering:

    • Supply chain traceability and due diligence
    • Geospatial deforestation risk analysis
    • Supplier and documentation management
    • Compliance report generation
    • APIs for integration with existing systems

    2.1. Geolocation File Validation

The geolocation file validation module performs technical checks related to the structure, format, and geolocation rules published for EUDR. Validation does not represent submission, acceptance, approval, or homologation of the file by TRACES or the EUDR Information System. Unless expressly contracted and identified as a separate service, this module does not perform deforestation risk analysis.

    3. Eligibility and User Account

To use our services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old or represent a legally constituted company
    • Provide true and updated information
    • Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials

    • Be responsible for all activities in your account

    • Use the platform for legitimate EUDR compliance commercial purposes
    • Integrate with your systems through provided APIs

    5. Intellectual Property

The EUDR Data Hub platform, including software, algorithms, interface and documentation, is our property and protected by copyright.

Your data: You retain ownership of data entered into the platform. We grant you a license to use the generated reports and analyses.

Our license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use our platform according to these terms.

    6. Limitation of Liability

EUDR Data Hub provides information based on public data and automated analyses.

    You are responsible for:

    • Validating the accuracy of entered data
    • Reviewing reports before submitting them to authorities
    • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws
    • Implementing additional due diligence when necessary

Results produced by the platform, including file validations, reports, and automated analyses, constitute due diligence support tools and do not replace the user's technical, legal, and regulatory assessment. Technical validation of a file does not ensure its acceptance by TRACES or the EUDR Information System, nor does it prove, in isolation, the compliance of the operation or supply chain with EUDR.

Responsibility for the quality, accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of the data, as well as for the preparation, review, and submission of the Due Diligence Statement (DDS), remains with the responsible operator.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
